Every RHOSEATTE order arrives in our signature luxury packaging — heavy glass flacon, magnetic closure box, and hand-finished details. For gifting, we offer an elevated gift presentation with a handwritten note at no additional charge.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
